In 1983, Rafael Jorge started his career in the employment background industry with Equifax Services as an Investigator, specializing in criminal records research and retrieval. Mr. Jorge also worked in the claims division of Equifax investigating insurance fraud cases and conducting workers comp surveillance. Rafael Jorge has been retained as an expert witness related to the procedures of conducting criminal records research throughout California as it pertains to the employment industry.

In 1988, Rafael Jorge Investigations (RJI) was started as a full service investigation firm. We quickly evolved into the leading Los Angeles County based public records research and retrieval firm servicing various Consumer Reporting Agencies, Attorneys, Insurance Companies and Wholesale Research firms throughout the pre employment industry. In 1999 the name was changed to RJI Services, Inc. California PI license #23637.
